Why a picture from a conversation beats one from a prompt box
A blank prompt box gives you a stranger who matches a description. A thread gives you the character you have been talking to, in the situation you were already discussing.
The reason NSFW chat pics made inside a thread land better is context. The conversation has already established who she is, where she is and what kind of evening this is, so the request does not have to reconstruct any of it. You ask for the picture the way you would ask a person, and what comes back belongs to the same scene.
The second reason is consistency. Because the character is from the roster rather than described from scratch, she looks like herself across a session — the room and the light change and she does not. A prompt box will give you six different women in six attempts unless you are very specific, and even then you are steering blind.
Where they stay is the part worth stating plainly. There is no public gallery, no shared grid and no discovery feed on this site or in the app it links to. Pictures land in your thread, they are yours to keep or delete, and no version of the product publishes them anywhere.

How asking for a picture actually goes
You ask in the thread, in ordinary words, the way the conversation was already running. There is no separate generator screen to switch to and no prompt syntax to learn — the request is a message, and the picture arrives as one.
What you will not get is pixel-level control. If a frame is nearly right, you ask again with one thing changed rather than painting over a corner, because there is no canvas. It is a conversation with pictures in it, not an image editor with a chat bolted on, and that distinction sets the expectation correctly.
